As per information provided by the manager, a new sanitizer injection pump is on order to fix this problem. Iodine levels in the rinse cycle approximately 4 ppm. Corrective Action: Bar glass washer must provide 12.5 ppm or more iodine in the rinse cycle. Do not use this glass washer until repaired. Wash all the glass ware in the kitchen dishwasher. |
