116. Hot water at 2nd handsink in women's washroom has been repaired. Tap handle on handwash sink in front kitchen area has been replaced.
118. Daily sanitation logs are being maintained for dishwasher and test strips to check sanitizer concentration (100ppm chlorine) have been supplied by Ecolab.
