The following items noted (in compliance):
- Premise closed at time of inspection. Will will re-open at the end of the month, for the summer season.
- Freezers provided for storage of baked goods and hotdogs.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels provided at handwash sink
- Manual dishwashing sign posted at dish sinks.
- Limited menu (as per Operating Permit).
- No concerns at this time.
To do prior to re-opening:
- Install new refrigerator in Beanery (maintain at 4C, or colder)
- Repair hole in wall (insulation visible)
- Clean, organize and de-clutter
- Remove cover from handwash sink. Ensure handwash sink is always accessible for use by staff when premise open for business.
