110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Food not protected during storage, preparation, display, transportation, or service from potential sources of contamination; no original containers., not properly covered, no labeling as required, double stacking of pans, no sneeze guards as needed. Storage of foods not off floor. Food on bottom shelf of walk-in cooler was observed being stored uncovered.
Corrective Action: The food was covered with a lid at time of inspection. This is to protect the food from any possible contamination during storage.

Comments:

New floors have been installed in the walk in cooler since the last inspection. These are made of non absorbent, easy to clean materials.

Overall the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
The temperature logs were well maintained and up to date.
All the protective temperatures meet health requirements and each refrigeration unit is equipped with its own working thermometer.
All the hand wash stations are well stocked with soap and paper towel.
Both the dishwasher and glassware washer's are working properly. (greater than 50 ppm chlorine)
