-Food Safety and Sanitation Plan for soft serve ice cream machine

Still required:
-Proof of Foodsafe Level 1 completion for staff. At least 1 Foodsafe certified person must be on site at all times during operation.
Deadline to confirm valid Foodsafe certification for staff: September 30, 2013

General Observations:
-No changes have been made to existing layout.
-A two compartment sink and janitorial sink are available for cleaning.
-Sinks are supplied with soap and paper towel for hand washing.
-Sanitizing solution is on site for counters.
-All equipment is in good working order.
-Fridge used to store ice cream mix measured 4C and is equipped with a thermometer.
-A special type of sanitizing powder is used for the soft serve machine. Machine must not be operated if sanitizing powder is out of stock.

Permit to Operate issued effective today: July 30, 2013.

Permit conditions are as follows:
-A Foodsafe trained person must be on site at all times during operation.
-Single-service dishes and utensils required for food service.
-Any addition to menu requires an approved Food Safety Plan.
