Discussed the results of this inspection with the Executive Chef Julian Owen-Mold.

In compliance items:

- Hand washing facilities are satisfactory. Soap and paper towel available.
- The mechanical glass washer is providing >12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse cycle.
-The bar is generally well maintained.
- The fridge with potentially hazardous foods is running < 4 degree Celsius.
- The ice scoop is being stored outside the ice sink when not in use.
- 200 ppm quat available in the spray bottle.
