Comments:
There have been significant improvements since the last inspection.
The dry storage shelves have all been re-lined and are now smooth, light colored and can be easily cleaned, storage of foods in this area has also improved. The walk-in cooler has been re-organized, all foods are protected from cross-contamination. There has been a paper towel dispenser mounted by the hand washing station. The bleach sanitizing solution used to store wiping cloths tested a concentration of >100ppm and test strips are now available for staff the verify the concentration. The dish washing area has been cleaned and all dish racks are now stored off the floor; all unnecessary equipment has also been removed from this area. The ventilation system has been serviced. Temperatures are now being checked and recorded on a daily basis.
There are no other concerns at this time.
