Comments:

All items from the previous report have been addressed. Temperature recording now includes probe thermometer monitoring of cooler inserts. Metal inserts with lids have been provided for the line coolers. A secondary lid is used to cover the entire line cooler until service begins and during slow periods. The line cooler inserts measured 4C and below during the inspection. Also, met with manager onsite to discus food sampling results. Most of the plastic inserts have been removed. No concerns noted at time of inspection.
