Observation: Removable carpet observed in the kitchen walkways.
Corrective Action: Remove the carpet or replace it with smooth, non absorbent and easily cleanable material.

Observation: Drink bottles being stored in the ice sinks. The bar manager advises that this ice sink is exclusively to keep the drink bottles cold and the ice from this sink is not used as food.
Corrective Action: Please provide a sign on the sink advising the food handlers to not to use this ice in the drinks.
604   Adequate handwashing stations at convenient locations are available for employees (Sec 21 (4))
Observation: The soap dispenser on the hand sink on the main kitchen is empty.
Corrective Action: Please restock the soap dispenser and ensure that the soap is available on all the hand sinks all the times.
