Observation: Glasswasher was not stocked with sanitizer.
Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection: Sanitizer provided by staff. Glasswasher reaches 50ppm chlorine as required.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Floors require cleaning, particularly the areas behind and underneath equipment and at the floor-wall junction. Also there is some clutter in the walk in cooler due to space issues.
Corrective Action: Ensure that enhanced cleaning is completed in these areas. Ensure the walk in cooler is clean and organized.

Comments:

Premises is well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Dishwasher reaches required sanitizing temperature. Glass washer reaches 50ppm chlorine at time of inspection.
