Comments:
Areas that have been addressed since the previous inspection:
1. A cleaning of the dry storage area has occurred; ensure that all food is stored off of the floor.
2. Floors under the kitchen equipment have been cleaned - all other areas of the kitchen are still in need of a thorough cleaning.
*All outstanding items from inspections conducted on May 17, 2007 and June 11, 2007 MUST be addressed by June 22, 2007. Many of these items carry fines under the Offence Act; consideration will be given to issuing a violation ticket for any outstanding items at the time of re-inspection.
