The following items noted at time of inspection:
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels available at handsinks = good.
- Glasswasher uses chlorine disinfectant in sanitizing rinse = good ( Ensure chlorine concentration maintained at 50ppm - monitor chlorine residual and record on Sanitation log, each day glasswasher in use).
- Counters and surfaces wiped with chlorine sanitizing spray =good.
- Ice scoop stored in separate container outside ice = good.
- No food service in cabaret.
