Observation: Some sealing is required above the 3 compartment sink The bare wood in the kitchen needs to be refinished so that it is smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable. The outdoor sink should have a protocol to protect it from contamination at the end of the day.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the 3 compartment sink is sealed Ensure that the bare wood is refinished. Provide a cover for the sink tap and plug the sink at the end of each day to protect against pest and contamination.

Comments:

The BBQ station has been constructed according to the requirements of the Food Premises Regulation.

A plumbed handsink has been installed as well as a protective awning and smooth, cleanable flooring.

A new 3 compartment sink has been installed as required as well as a new stand up fridge.
