Comments:

Follow up inspection.

The following items from the previous inspection report has now been corrected:
- The pizza display trays are now washed and sanitized after each use.
- The exhaust hood is now comparatively cleaner.

The following items still needs to be addressed:

The walk in cooler is running at 10 degree Celsius. No potentially hazardous items except unbaked pizza being stored in the walk in cooler. The operator advised to make small number to pizza at a time because of the lack available refrigeration space. The walk in cooler must be repaired as soon as possible.
