Observation: The L/H reach-in freezer was noted at -11C.
Corrective Action: This should now be repaired to ensure temperature control of -18C(max)

Observation: The pale ale and the larger keg supply lines appeared cloudy in appearance.
Corrective Action: Lines should now and routinely be cleaned to ensure free from harmful microbiological growth. More regular cleaning of beer lines is recommended.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: There are exposed timber surfaces within the kitchen area preventing cleaning.
Corrective Action: These should now be repainted/sealed leaving a smooth, impermeable and cleanable surface.

Corrective Action: During quiet operating times it is recommended for temperature control to replace/lower lids.
