Food now being stored at >+4C, fridge door seals on order, main oven and redundant oven have now been repaired, food containers on line cooler still overfilled, all kitchen areas looking cleaner, freezers defrosted, dry store cleaner, bar areas cleaner, soap and towels not provided to bar areas, ice making cabinets now cleaned, food slicer clean, protective light fitting covers now replaced, temperature records now being recorded.
