Follow up inspection.
The following items from the previous inspection has now been corrected:
- There were no hot pies and wraps on the hot holding unit at the time of this inspection. The staff advises that these hot items are now kept directly on the hot holding plate with the flat side down.
- Hand washing station is easily accessible at the time of this inspection.
The following items still need to be verified:
- Reheating procedures for soups.
- Accurate thermometers in all the cooling units.
- Temperature monitoring for the items in the hot holding case i.e BBQ Chicken and hot pies.
