Corrective Action: Move the warming oven over the line cooler so that the heat does not increase the temperature of the line inserts. Until the problem is solved do not use the inserts or do not use the warming oven. |
Comments:
All items from previous report have been addressed. All glasswashers are working, meats are now thawed in the refrigerator prior to service. Cooler has now been repaired and reaches 4 degrees Celsius as required.
