Observation: The soup buckets (covered) are being stored underneath the raw meat shelf in the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action: The soup buckets must be immediately removed and should not be stored underneath the raw meat.

The following items have been corrected:
-The hot running water available on the front bar sink.

The following item is still outstanding:
-The walk in in cooler needs organizing to ensure that no ready to eat food, covered or otherwise, is stored underneath the raw meat. At present, the lowermost raw meat shelf is about 2 - 3 feet above the floor leaving a potential space for the other foods to store under. Discussed with the operator various options to deal with the situation.The operator is advised that no food, ready to eat or otherwise, should be stored underneath the raw meat to eliminate any possibility of accidental contamination. The operator to re-organize the cooler to eliminate the storage space underneath the lowermost shelf within 1 week from the date of this inspection.
