Comments:
Follow up inspection.
The following items from the pervious routine inspection has now been corrected:
- Soap and paper towel provided on the bar sinks.
- Disinfectants and cleaner spray bottles are correctly labelled.
- The exposed insulation on the bar fridge has been covered with a tape. However, the ice build up is still obvious in the freezer. The operator is highly recommended to replace this fridge.
- The rough wooden board has now been removed from the top of the ice machine. Air vents on the machine has now been cleaned.
- Temperature logs are now being maintained.
Outstanding items:
- A rough wooden table in the bar requires replacing/refinishing.
- The wall near the bar glass washer required to be finished with tiles or equivalent material.
These outstanding items will be followed up at the time of next routine health inspection in 6 months.
