115 | Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control Observation: Grain beetle infestation in the flour around the dough rolling machine. Some beetles are seen inside the dough rolling machine. Corrective Action: Discard the infested flour. Clean and sanitize the dough rolling machine. Vacuum the area around the dough rolling machine. Clean the flour in all the cracks and crevices around the machine. Take out all the flour bags from underneath the shelf and clean the area of any flour. All the opened bags of flour must be discarded. The flour bags must be stored at least 6 inches high from the floor in order to facilitate the cleaning underneath. Any opened bags of flour must be stored in a container with a tight fitting lid. Cleaning needs to be enhanced in the whole premises.Get the services of a pest control professional to deal with the grain beetle infestation. |
