2. Hand washing station is supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
3. Refrigeration temperature measured 3.8C
4. Thermometer available in fridge
5. Temperature log is posted on cooler door and temperatures are recorded daily
6. Final rinse temperature of high temp dishwasher measured 71.1C
7. Facility is clean and well maintained
8. No issues noted with tea storage
9. Service is limited to hot and cold teas only, no food service
10. Premises is free from pests
