Observation: Glass washer does not dispense 50ppm chlorine as required.
Corrective Action: Repair glasswasher immediately. Do not use glasswasher until it can reach 50ppm in the final rinse. Use the main dishwasher for all glassware until the glasswasher is repaired.

Comments:

Temperature logs are now complete and up to date. Cleaning has been completed. Temperatures are now recorded twice daily and include the online food items in inserts. Send proof of repairs to the glasswasher by next week.
