Observation: Generally cleaning in the more difficult to reach areas needed improving.
Corrective Action: Cleaning should now and routinely be improved beneath work equipment and in corners of equipment and food storage rooms.
Observation: There is a gap beneath the service delivery bay door so allow access by pests.
Corrective Action: The door should now be pest proofed.
