Comments:

The following items have been corrected since last inspection:
402. (1) Pipe above food prep table has been repaired to prevent it from leaking onto work table below.
(2) All food in walk-in cooler is now stored on shelving a minimum of 6 inches up off floor.
(3) Hose attached to mop sink faucet has been provided a hook, to ensure hose is stored outside of mop sink at all times.
505. Empty unused chest freezer has been cleaned and removed from premises.
507. (1) A 3-step manual warewashing procedure has been implemented. Plugs have been provided for all 3 sinks. Staff have been trained on approved dishwashing procedures (wash, rinse, sanitize, air-dry). Bleach at a concentration of 100ppm is used for sanitizing step.
(2) Unused meat slicer has been removed from the premises.
508. Hooks have been installed to allow wet mops to dry after use.
604. Handwash station is now supplied with liquid handsoap and paper towels.
803. Clutter above walk-in cooler has been removed from the premise.
806. Sanitizer spray bottles are now clearly labelled with contents (chlorine bleach sanitizer)
302. Untrained staff have been registered for next available Foodsafe course.
