Observation: Quat sanitizer test strips are being used to test the chlorine sanitizer in the dishwasher and glass washer rinse cycle.
Corrective Action: Please use chlorine test strips to test the chlorine sanitizer.
507   Equipment, utensils and food surfaces are washed and sanitized (Sec 17(2))
Observation: Soda/pol nozzle holders are not cleaned/sanitized properly. As per information provided by the shift supervisor, these holders are soaked in water every night but not washed or sanitized.
Corrective Action: Wash and sanitize the soda nozzle holders regularly.

Discussed the results of this inspection with Lauren, the shift supervisor.
In compliance items:
- Mechanical dishwasher and glass washer are providing > 50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
- Refrigeration temperatures are below 4 degree Celsius.
- Freezer temperatures below - 18 degree Celsius.
- Daily temperature logs being maintained.
