Comments:
Follow-up inspection conducted for routine inspection on September 9, 2013.
The following items have been corrected:
- Dry storage area has been re-organized, all items are now stored off the floor and area is easy to clean.
- Freezer drawer food organization is acceptable.
- Hard to reach areas have been cleaned.
- Sour cream containers have been replaced with proper multi-use containers.
- Paper towel noted at all hand sinks.
There are no remaining outstanding items.
Future upgrades:
- Re-grout kitchen tiles
- Re-paint rusted wire storage racks in walk-in cooler.
