Meeting this date with maintenance staff to discuss the malfunctioning mechanical potwasher. The machine was retesting using a max registering thermometer and thermo-labels. Staff are still to use a sanitizing rinse until the machine is repaired. Also discussed fixes to the remaining items on the previous report.
