Observation: Juice bottles were stored in ice bin behind the bar.
Corrective Action: Juice bottles should not be stored in ice that will be used for drinks. Store bottles in a designated ice container or in the fridge.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: A few areas within the facility need some small repairs (missing tiles, loose moldings, re-painting etc.)
Corrective Action: Replace any missing tiles, remove any duct tape on appliances and conduct repairs as necessary. Repaint the bottom shelves in the downstairs kitchen and any shelves in the upstairs kitchen where bare wood is exposed. All surfaces must be smooth, non-porous and easily cleaned.

General Observations:
1. All temperatures met regulatory requirements.
2. All refrigerators equipped with thermometers.
3. Temperatures are checked daily and logs are up-to-date.
4. Dishwasher achieving adequate temperature during final rinse: tested 78.1C measured at plate.
5. Dishwasher log up-to-date.
6. Sanitizing solutions available at all work stations, adequate concentration.
7. Food safety plan up-to-date.
8. Shellfish tags kept on site.
9. Oyster advisory on menus.
10. Multiple staff members are Foodsafe Level 1 certified.
11. All potentially hazardous foods were covered and dated, no cross-contamination concerns noted.
12. Facility has an active pest control program in place, no signs of pests noted during inspection.
13. Ventilation system serviced recently.
14. General sanitation was acceptable.
15. All equipment was in good working order.
16. Glasswasher tested an adequate concentration of iodine.
17. Hand washing stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towel.
