Follow-up inspection conducted this date. The new sink has been ordered and is planned to be installed in such a way as to provide a mop sink and provide a means to divert the flow of the cooler condensate drain into the two compartment sink. The ceiling tiles mentioned in the previous report have been replaced and the area surrounding it is clean. Indicate a date by which the sink will be installed so that a follow-up inspection can be scheduled.
