Follow-up visit from routine inspection on August 3, 2011:
1. The plastic on the wall next to the back sink has been removed and wall painted.
2. Shelves throughout the kitchen have been painted.
3. Caulking around the dish washing area has been replaced.
Outstanding items:
1. Backflow prevention device requires testing - operator has called a plumber and will notify when testing is complete.
2. Sandwich cooler is still leaking - this must be repaired.
