Some items have been attended to but many items are still outstanding; rusty shelving in Christine's walk-in cooler, no cross connection programme implemented for possible sources of contamination of the building potable water, equipment and burger bar area still in need of more routine and thorough cleaning, additional lighting not yet provided to facilitate cleaning in areas noted on inspection report, the maintenance cupboard adjacent Whistler Kids restaurant still untidy, dirty, in need of repair and evidence of mice activity, floor areas still in need of resealing in areas noted in inspection report, protective light covers still missing from light fitting in wine store and adjacent wine store, control knob still missing from bain marie in Whistler Kids restaurant equipment, lighting not yet improved in cleaners cupboard, protective cover still missing from sushi fridge, plastic drainage pipe within walk-in cooler still kinked and a potential source of contamination, Burger Bar hood still in need of more routine cleaning, cleaning generally of equipment and floor areas within the Burger bar still needs improving, laminate top damage and exposed timber still exist within Christine's service area.
