Observation: Some enhanced cleaning is required in hard to reach areas.
Corrective Action: Clean underneath the mop sink room shelving, clean the spilled pop syrup in the pop syrup room.

Observation: The cieling tiles next to the smoker in one corner of the kitchen are stained and should be replaced. The shelves in the upright coke cooler in this area should be refinished/replaced.
Corrective Action: Replace the cieling tiles and replace/refinish the shelves.

Corrective Action: Replace the water filter for the combination oven.

Observation: There are open pipes on the floor of the pop storage room that may be used as a conduit for pests.
Corrective Action: Seal the pipes on the floor of the pop syrup room that are used to house the pop lines.

Comments:

Premises is otherwise clean and well maintained. Dishwasher reaches 71C at the dish, glasswasher reaches 12.5ppm iodine as required. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Quat sanitizer available for surface sanitizing.
