102	Critical Repeat Food Not Protected From Contamination - Micro Observation: A bucket full of bean sprouts is being stored underneath the raw meats in the upright fridge. Corrective Action: This is a repeat violation. All the food must be protected from contamination from the raw meats.
110	Repeat Food Not Protected - General Observation: A juice container is being stored inside the ice cubes on the front bar ice sink. Corrective Action: Please put a sign prohibiting the use of ice to store the drink bottles/containers. This is a repeat violation.
116	Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment Observation: Following items from the last routine inspection has not been addressed. The rough storage shelves have not be replaced. The freezer lids have exposed insulation and have not been replaced repaired. The fridge has rusted shelves in it and have not been replaced/repainted. The hole in the wall has not been repaired. Corrective Action: All above items must be corrected.
118	Repeat Other (Specify) Observation: The test strips to measure the sanitizer concentration have not been provided. Corrective Action: Test strips must be provided for measuring the bleach and quat sanitizer concentration. The bleach concentration from the dishwasher sanitizer cycle must be monitored and recorded.

Items corrected from the last inspection report:
A couple of spray bottles have the sanitizer solution in it. These bottles are not labelled properly. These bottles must be labelled to avoid confusion with the detergent bottles.
None of the structural items on the last routine inspection has been corrected. The operator not available at the time of this inspection. A meeting will be arranged to discuss all the outstanding items in detail.
