Observation: The hand wash station within the bar was at one end whilst the hand towel dispenser and liquid soap dispenser were at the other end 5m away.
Corrective Action: The soap and towel dispenser should now be relocated close to the wash hand basin.
Observation: The bar fridges storing potentially hazardous food were not being monitored for temperature control.
Corrective Action: These should now be monitored and recorded at least once daily.
