Corrective Action: Alter sneeze guard so that the product is protected from sneezing customers - provide a top to the sneeze guard or increase the height of the sneeze guard.

Corrective Action: This product must be turned over within 2 hours when not under mechanical refrigeration. To accomplish this, either keep under mechanical refrigeration or use smaller amounts of product and refill the container more frequently.

Observation: Main Servery: No paper towel dispenser at the sandwich station.
Corrective Action: Provide a functioning paper towel dispenser for the sandwich station handsink.

Observation: Burger Line: Mobile deep fryer unit is not positioned under the fume hood properly such that grease laden vapours are escaping onto the adjacent wall area.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the setup of the burger line is such that the vent hood collects all grease laden vapours. Clean and refinish the affected wall area adjacent to this vent hood.

Observation: Main Kitchen: Opened packages of dry goods without containers.
Corrective Action: Provide containers with sealable lids for all opened dry goods containers (flour sugar, other dry ingredients etc.)

Corrective Action: Seal these holes to prevent entry of pests.
