General sanitation and maintenance and food management is good. Food containers should be stored off the floor of walk-in cooler - all foods covered - good.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Clean floor drains and install screens. Clean vent ducts and grill covers as discussed. Replace plastic light diffusers where missing.
117   Food Handler Training
Observation: Provide staff direction and policy on re-heating leftovers.
