No violations were found during the inspection


Routine inspection conducted, the following items are in compliance with regulations:
- Hand washing station is equipped with liquid soap and paper towel.
- Three compartment sink is used for dishwashing, bleach available for sanitizing.
- All refrigeration temperatures measured less than 4C.
- All freezer temperatures measured less than -18C.
- No concerns noted with food storage or handling procedures.
- Facility has a food safety plan and sanitation plan on file.
- No signs of pests were noted during inspection.
- Foodsafe trained person on site at time of inspection.
- Facility is clean and well maintained - no concerns regarding general sanitation.

The commercial dishwasher is broken and cannot be repaired. Operator is currently using the three compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize all cookware and utensils used for food preparation. Customers are currently served using only single-use disposable dishes and cutlery.

The following permit condition will be added: Facility is restricted to single-use ware for customer use.

When a replacement dishwasher is obtained, this permit condition will be removed.
