Observation: Three hand washing Sinks in the kitchen has been provided with the paper towel dispensers. Hand washing stations in the raw bar and beer bar also needs to be installed with the dispensers. One hand sink at the kitchen entrance also needs a paper towel dispenser. Please provide paper towel rolls on these stations until these dispensers are installed.
Corrective Action: Provide paper towel rolls on above mentioned hand washing stations until the dispensers are installed.

Comments:

Following items on the July 30th inspection report has been corrected:
Line cooler usage has been discontinued.
Glass washer is sanitizing at 12.5 ppm iodine as measured with the low iodine test kit. Low iodine test kit is available. Ice scoops were stored in a clean containers. Walk in freezer has been clean and defrosted and there is no water dripping from the ceiling. The freezer door seal has been refitted and a custom made door has been ordered for the walk in freezer. Bean spread scoops are being cleaned and sanitized regularly.
