Comments:

The following items from the May 2nd, 2011 routine inspection have been corrected:
1. The food handler working at the time of this inspection is Foodsafe level 1 certified. The operator to forward a copy of the Foodsafe certificate to the Environmental Health Officer.
2. The mop sink is being used for its intended purpose.
3. Bleach sanitizer being used and the spray bottle is labelled.
4. Soap available in the employee washroom.

The following items need operator's attention:
1. Temperature logs are not being maintained. The operator to ensure that the staff is trained to monitor and record the protective temperatures.
