Observation: Some of the door edge seals of the reach-in cooler were damaged making cleaning difficult.
Corrective Action: These should now be replaced.

Observation: The mop bucket was left in the kitchen with old mop water in it.
Corrective Action: This should be emptied after use and the bucket stored in the mop sink or away from the kitchen to prevent risk of cross contamination.
