BBQ station not in operation at the time of inspection. An acceptable roof structure is available to set up the kiosk underneath. Ensure that the flooring underneath the BBQ is cleanable and provide removable rubber matting if needed in this area. A line cooler, handwash station and bbq equipment was present at Chic Pea at the time of inspection.
