Observation: The board kept below the convection oven has a rough surface and not easily cleanable.
Corrective Action: This board should be replaced with an easily cleanable material.

Comments:

Only breakfast with the limited number of potentially hazardous foods are served to the guests at Residence Inn. The temperature logs are being maintained. A new dishwasher has been installed about a week before this inspection. Regular monitoring is done on the dishwasher rinse temperatures.
The operator is recommended to provide soap and paper towel at the hand sink in the buffet room for the patrons to wash their hands.
