Initial inspection observations:
1. Manager is Foodsafe Certified, please submit a copy of certificate to the health department.
2. Hand sink supplied with soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
3. Sanitizer supplied for food contact surfaces (quat).
4. Cooler operating at 4C - ensure that temperature logs are filled out at least once per day.
5. Water filter serviced regularly by an external company.
6. All construction is acceptable.

Outstanding items:
1. Until dishwasher is fully installed, facility is limited to single-service cups for tea samples.
2. Food safety plan and sanitation plan must be submitted by January 10, 2011.

Permission to operate is granted effective December 10th, 2010.
