Comments:
Initial inspection completed following expansion of food premises.
All works have been completed in accordance with plan approval issued on February 22, 2013.
All equipment was in good working order at time of inspection.
Still to do:
-Install additional shelving for the glass washer chemicals.
-Install coved baseboard in all areas at brick wall/floor junctions.
-Install a pest-proof screen door at back kitchen entrance.
Follow-up inspection scheduled in 2 weeks for outstanding items.
