Areas addressed from last inspection (Nov.29/04):
108. Wiping cloths are kept in sanitizing solution (200ppm QAC) and changed every 2 hours.
116. Seal caulking has been installed in bar area and dishwashing areas.
110. Ice scoop is stored in a designated washable container, with scoop handle facing out.

Other areas noted at time of inspection (July 27, 2005 at 11:30am:

- All refrigerated cooler temperatures good - between 2C and 4C.
- Freezer temperatures -21C - good.
- Hot-holding temperatures (gravy,soups) above 74C - good.
- Sanitizing rinse in dishwasher 100ppm chlorine - good.
- All sanitizing cloths kept in sanitizing solution 200ppm QAC - good. (Ensure test strips available for daily monitoring of sanitizing solution).
- Food prep staff observed executing good handwashing techniques (washing hands, well beyond the wrists, with soap and hot water)
- Facility is well maintained, organized, staff friendly and cooperative. Thanks
