Prior to issuance of an operating permit, the following items must be completed:
1. Seal the floor-wall junctions throughout the premises, caulk underneath the baseboards to prevent any water ingress.
2. Refinish the mop sink walls so that they are impermeable to water.
3. Finish the ends of the shelves and cabinets with a smooth, non-porous surface.
Approval is given this date to store food in the cold storage units in the premises.
Preparation/food handling is not permitted until a permit is issued.
