Comments:
Follow-up inspection conducted to discuss operational feasibility of running a BBQ station at gazebo during summer months. Operator advised that permit extensions for BBQ stations are only permissible for a maximum of 14 days per calendar year. Operational requirements were also provided to operator with respect to hand washing, equipment, layout etc. Operator advised to notify health department if and when BBQ station is scheduled to start operating.
