Observation: Washable ceiling tiles still not installed.
Corrective Action: Smooth ( washable) ceiling tiles are required in the food preparation area. These must be installed by March 31,2009.

Corrective Action: Obtain chlorine test strips so that the final rinse of dishwashing machine can be verified on a regular basis by staff.
