Observation: Monitor and record all hot and cold food holding temps and records for cl sanitizer in 3 comp sinks. Protect cookies, loaf with wrappers or equivalent.

Observation: Provide additional soap and paper towel dispensers where possible.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Review crawlspace cleaning and maintenance. Rubber floor tiles need repair/replacing. Some minor arborite repair required.

Observation: We understand the water supply is from glacier creek restaurant - piped into holding tank. Recommend 0.2 - 0.4 free chlorine residual in holding tank - ensure no unsecure access by public. Upright freezer scheduled for replacement. Recommend consideration for ball caps, etc for hair control.
